Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
*Recruitment Process Management:*** Coordinate end\-to\-end recruitment processes, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and shortlisting candidates.
Schedule and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, cultural fit, and qualifications.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
*Candidate Engagement:*** Ensure a positive candidate experience through regular communication and timely feedback.
Act as a point of contact for candidates during the interview process and provide updates on their status.
