• *Role Summary:**

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely closure of open positions.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely candidate submissions and position closures.

• *Qualifications:**

• Experience in end\-to\-end recruitment, preferably in IT hiring.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
• Willing to work on\-site in Bangalore.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹24,000\.00 per month
