Ozora is looking for a passionate and proactive Recruiter to manage end\-to\-end hiring for hospitality and corporate roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in talent acquisition, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to hire quality candidates in a fast\-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Handle hiring for hospitality roles including chefs, stewards, captains, bartenders, restaurant staff, supervisors, and managers.
Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and hiring reports.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, offers, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
Prior experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or retail hiring.
Knowledge of bulk hiring and operational recruitment.
