As part of our rapid expansion in India, we are looking for a highly driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment for our growing teams.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end\-to\-end recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, and support the company’s expansion by hiring high\-performing professionals, especially in sales and operations roles.
This role requires a recruiter who can move fast, identify top talent, and build strong hiring systems to support business growth.
\* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
\* Hire high\-quality candidates for sales, operations, marketing, and support roles.
\* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, and professional networks.
\* Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist qualified candidates.
\* Coordinate interviews with management and ensure smooth hiring processes.
\* Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
\* Track recruitment performance and maintain hiring reports.
\* Develop strategies to improve hiring speed and candidate quality.
\* Support employer branding initiatives and strengthen the company’s presence on job portals.
\* Ensure timely hiring to support business growth.
\* Minimum 4–6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
\* Proven experience hiring for sales roles and in fast\-growing companies.
\* Strong knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
\* Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
\* Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
\* Experience in recruitment for EdTech, training companies, or service industries will be an advantage.
