We are looking for a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and interviewing skills, excellent communication, and experience hiring across domestic and international markets.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records.
• Publish and manage job postings across multiple platforms.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• *Requirements:\-**

• Minimum **1 year** of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Experience in both Domestic and International Hiring is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
