About the role

GCIC FinServe Limited is a Delhi NCR\-based financial services and distribution firm dealing across multiple investment avenues, including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, SIF, International Avenues, Debt Advisory, REITs, and InvITs. As we scale our sales and distribution teams, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own hiring end\-to\-end.

You'll work closely with the founder and business heads to understand hiring needs, build a consistent pipeline of quality candidates, and manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to offer closure — with a strong focus on BFSI\-oriented sales, distribution, and relationship management roles.

What you'll do

• Manage full\-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer closure
• Partner with founders and business heads to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates for sales, distribution, and relationship management roles
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and direct outreach
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication throughout the process

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, with prior exposure to the **BFSI segment** (banking, insurance, NBFC, broking, wealth management, or similar) — either in\-house/corporate or agency/consultancy background is acceptable
• Experience managing full\-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer closure
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• **Must be able to reliably commute daily to our Greater Kailash, New Delhi office.** Candidates based within a 5–10 km radius are preferred; candidates from Noida or Gurgaon comfortable with the daily commute will also be considered
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems is a plus
