Sr. Recruiter / Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You'll Do
● Handle end\-to\-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination \& closure
● Manage and coordinate with clients directly to understand hiring mandates and deliver on TAT
● Build strong talent pipelines for Non\-IT \& Manufacturing sector roles
● Maintain candidate and client relationships for repeat business and referrals
● Ensure smooth communication between clients and candidates throughout the hiring cycle
● Track and report on open positions, closures, and pipeline status
What You Need
● 3\+ years of recruitment experience in a consultancy / staffing firm
● Hands\-on end\-to\-end recruitment — not just sourcing
● Prior exposure to Non\-IT and/or Manufacturing industry hiring preferred
● Strong client\-facing communication skills
● Proficient in sourcing tools — Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search
● Comfortable using ATS or recruitment tracking tools
● Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously without dropping the ball
Work Details
● Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
● Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
● Week Off: Sunday \+ Alternate Saturdays (2nd \& 4th)
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
