At **NR Doshi \& Partners**, we are looking for a passionate and result\-oriented Talent **Acquisition Specialist** to join our growing team.
End\-to\-end recruitment for IT \& Non\-IT positions
Candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
Screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews
Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers
HR documentation and recruitment reporting
Managing recruitment MIS and data effectively
Experience \- 1 to 3 years required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes
Good command of MS Excel and data management
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Strong coordination and follow\-up skills
Immediate joiners will be preferred
