About the Role We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end\-to\-end recruitment for sales roles. The ideal candidate will work closely with regional leadership to fulfill hiring requirements efficiently while maintaining high\-quality hiring standards.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri), social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability.
Conduct interviews via telephonic, video, and in\-person modes.
Share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers and gather timely feedback.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with managers and directors.
Ensure timely follow\-up with candidates regarding interview outcomes.
Draft, update, and manage job postings; coordinate with the creative team for job creatives.
Issue offer letters and address candidate queries related to compensation and benefits.
Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and trackers.
Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth joining of new hires. Proactively anticipate and plan for future staffing needs.
