We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to identify, attract, and hire top talent across academic and non\-academic functions. The ideal candidate will manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Qualifications \& Skills

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in job portals, ATS, and Microsoft Office.
