Talent Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate

• *Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced **Talent Acquisition Specialist** with strong expertise in end\-to\-end recruitment and a mandatory background in real estate hiring. The candidate should be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, sourcing quality candidates, and closing positions within defined timelines.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
• Handle candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business teams.
• Manage interview scheduling, follow\-ups, and candidate feedback.
• Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and offer follow\-ups.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions and achieve recruitment targets.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Minimum 3\+ years of experience in end\-to\-end recruitment.
• **Prior experience in Real Estate recruitment is mandatory.**
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Hands\-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment portals.
• Excellent candidate screening and interview coordination skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple job requirements simultaneously.

Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
