We are looking for a highly driven Recruiter who can independently manage end\-to\-end hiring across multiple functions including Sales, Operations, Projects, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Administration, and Site Teams.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling large volumes of hiring while maintaining speed, quality, and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads
- Prepare and publish job advertisements on recruitment portals
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels
- Conduct initial screening and evaluation calls
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate pipelines and talent databases
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Manage offer roll\-out and joining formalities
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with hiring managers and business heads
- Understand role requirements and candidate fitment
- Provide regular hiring status updates
- Track open positions and closure timelines
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and hiring records
- Prepare recruitment MIS and reports
- Track sourcing effectiveness and hiring metrics
- Build talent pools for recurring positions
Employer Branding
- Improve company presence on hiring platforms
- Support social media and employer branding initiatives
- Drive employee referral programs
Required Skills
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Experience using Naukri and LinkedIn
- Excellent communication and follow\-up abilities
- Ability to evaluate candidate quality
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and recruitment reporting
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
