### **Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to onboarding new hires. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a passion for identifying and engaging with exceptional candidates, and a commitment to enhancing our employer brand.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high\-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs, define job requirements, and develop compelling job descriptions.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and compensation benchmarks.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate recruitment reports.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process in collaboration with HR partners.
• Actively contribute to employer branding initiatives, promoting our company as an employer of choice.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes and overall organizational effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
