About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Development Manager to lead employee growth, learning initiatives, performance development, and organizational capability\-building across the company. The ideal candidate will create and implement talent development strategies that enhance employee performance, engagement, leadership readiness, and overall workplace culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance \& Employee Development
- Monitor employee performance, goals, and development progress across departments.
- Partner with managers to conduct regular performance reviews and development discussions.
- Identify performance gaps and create improvement plans where required.
- Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to support employee growth and career progression.
Learning \& Development
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps.
- Design and deliver training programs covering technical, leadership, compliance, and soft skills.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training providers.
- Measure training effectiveness through feedback, performance improvement, and ROI metrics.
Talent Management \& Succession Planning
- Identify high\-potential employees and create development pathways.
- Build and maintain succession plans for critical business roles.
- Support leadership development and internal mobility initiatives.
- Partner with recruitment teams to ensure structured onboarding and growth plans for new hires.
Employee Engagement \& Culture
- Drive employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, recognition programs, and team\-building activities.
- Conduct engagement surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high\-performance work culture.
- Facilitate mentoring, coaching, and peer\-learning programs.
HR Analytics \& Reporting
- Track and report key talent metrics including training completion, employee engagement, retention, and internal promotions.
- Analyze workforce data to provide recommendations for talent strategy improvements.
- Manage L\&D budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7–10 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in Talent Development, Learning \& Development, or Organizational Development.
- Experience designing and implementing company\-wide talent development programs.
- Strong understanding of performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and learning frameworks.
- Experience managing teams and collaborating with senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as SHRM\-SCP, CIPD, ATD CPTD/CPLP, or equivalent.
- Coaching certifications (ICF, Executive Coaching, etc.).
- Experience working with HRMS, LMS, and people analytics tools.
