We’re looking for a **Talent Manager** in influencer marketing or talent coordination to manage creator relationships and support end\-to\-end campaign execution. We’re looking for who can vibe with creators, spot trends before they go viral, and make influencer campaigns run without a hitch and if you live on the internet and love building creator campaigns – this is for you.

• *What you’ll be doing:**

• Managing relationships with influencers and creators.
• Act as a primary point of contact and trusted representatives for creators.
• You're the behind\-the\-scenes wizard \- juggling briefs, timelines, and deliverables like a pro – keeping everything on track.
• Ensuring smooth communication between brands, influencers, and our teams.
• Tracking content submissions, approvals, and campaign performance basics.

• *You're the One We're Looking For!**

• Have minimum 1 year experience in Talent management, Talent Acquisition or a similar role.
• Social media maven – living on Instagram, YouTube, and creator vibes.
• Have strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Can handle multiple creators and campaigns at once.
