Key Responsibilities

 Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Tamil with professionalism and courtesy.

 Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and service requests.  Provide accurate information regarding products, services, offers, and order\-related inquiries.

 Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

 Follow up with customers for feedback, issue resolution, and promotional activities as required.

 Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving.

 Record customer interactions accurately in the system and ensure timely updates.

 Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

 Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil.

 Basic communication skills in English.

 Good listening, interpersonal, and customer handling skills.

Ability to empathize with customers and resolve concerns patiently.

 Confident in handling both inbound and outbound voice calls.

 Strong problem\-solving skills with a customer\-first approach.

 Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

 Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
