Team Lead

• *Technical Leadership**

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in architectural discussions and technology selection.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

• *Database \& Integration**

• Design and optimize database schemas and queries.
• Integrate third\-party APIs and external systems.
• Manage data migration and system integration activities.

• *DevOps \& Cloud**

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues.
• Ensure system reliability and availability.

• *Required Technical Skills Backend**

• Strong expertise in Python (2\+ years)
• Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• REST API and Microservices Development
• Authentication and Authorization (JWT, OAuth)

• *Frontend**

• React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
• JavaScript, TypeScript
• HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS

• *Database**

• PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server
• MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Query optimization and database design

• *Cloud \& DevOps**

• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
• Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–10\+ years of hands\-on software development experience.
• Proven experience delivering full\-stack web applications.
• Experience handling projects independently and interacting with clients/stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
