We are looking for an experienced and proactive **Team Lead – Travel Operations** to manage a team of travel agents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily travel bookings, handling customer leads, and ensuring smooth coordination for hotel and cab services. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a customer\-focused mindset.
- Lead and manage a team of travel agents to achieve daily and monthly targets
- Handle and oversee **travel bookings** including flights, hotels, and cab services
- Monitor and assign incoming customer **leads** to the team efficiently
- Ensure timely follow\-ups and high conversion rates
- Resolve customer queries and escalations professionally
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors (hotels, cab providers, etc.)
- Track team performance and provide regular feedback and training
- Ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations and service quality
- 2–5 years of experience in the **travel industry** (team handling preferred)
- Strong knowledge of travel bookings (hotels, cabs, packages)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in handling customer leads and conversions
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
