Team Lead – Video Production

• *PrepLadder (An Unacademy Company)** is looking for an experienced **Team Lead – Video Production** to join our in\-house production team in **Bengaluru**.

If you're passionate about leading creative teams and have hands\-on experience managing video production workflows—from studio shoots to post\-production—we'd love to hear from you.

Role Highlights

\-Lead and manage a team of 6 videographers and video editors

\-Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)

\-Full\-time role

\-Compensation: Negotiable based on relevant work experience

We're looking for someone with

• Proven experience leading a video production or post\-production team
• Strong understanding of video shooting, editing, lighting, and production workflows
• Hands\-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
• Excellent leadership, planning, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality standards
