Team Lead - Video Production

We are looking for an experienced **Team Lead – Video Production** to lead our in\-house video production team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete video production workflow, including studio shoots and post\-production, while managing a team of six professionals.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent planning skills, and hands\-on expertise in video production and editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 6 videographers and video editors.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily shooting and editing schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of high\-quality video content.
• Review edited videos and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth production workflows.
• Manage studio operations and optimize production efficiency.
• Mentor team members and support their professional development.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and ensure projects stay on schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in video production or post\-production.
• At least 2 years of experience leading or supervising a video production team.
• Strong knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and audio recording.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast\-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in educational content, e\-learning, or digital media production is preferred.
• Familiarity with studio\-based video production workflows.
