Team Leader- Accounting/ Finance

• *WE'RE HIRING \| TEAM LEADER – ACCOUNTING \& FINANCE**

• *Location:** Okhla Industrial Area Phase 2, New Delhi
• *Experience:** 6–11 Years
• *Qualification:** M.Com / CA Inter
• *Team Handling:** Minimum 1 Year

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with strong international accounting knowledge and proven team management skills.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Supervise Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
• Oversee bank, escrow, customer and vendor reconciliations.
• Manage General Ledger maintenance and month\-end closing.
• Review financial statements and accounting activities.
• Handle variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Allocate work and monitor team performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of accounting processes.
• Train team members and implement quality control measures.
• Support budgeting and cash management activities.

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and Balance Sheet.
• Experience in US/UK/Canadian accounting processes.
• Hands\-on experience in AP, AR, Reconciliation and R2R.
• Good knowledge of General Ledger and financial reporting.
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Macros).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience handling a team of at least 3 members.

• *Shift Timings:**

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Full Night Shift)

Pay: ₹700,000\.00 \- ₹950,000\.00 per year
