We are looking for a creative and result\-oriented Senior Marketing Executive who can strengthen brand visibility, manage marketing campaigns, and drive both online and offline marketing initiatives.
We are looking for a highly motivated and target\-driven Team Leader who can lead from the front, drive team performance, and contribute directly to business revenue. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales, leadership, and client management capabilities with the ability to manage Relationship Managers while also generating business independently.
This role requires a leader who takes ownership of both personal and team revenue targets and actively participates in client acquisition, HNI relationship management, and business closures.
· Achieve assigned monthly personal revenue targets.
· Achieve assigned monthly team revenue targets.
· Drive business generation through self\-sourcing and team management.
· Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely closures.
· Monitor daily business progress against monthly goals.
· Manage and lead a team of Relationship Managers.
· Conduct daily sales reviews and business discussions.
· Monitor lead generation, client meetings, and conversion ratios.
· Ensure every team member achieves activity and revenue targets.
· Drive accountability and performance within the team.
· Train and onboard newly joined Relationship Managers.
· Conduct shadow sessions and sales coaching.
· Assist team members in objection handling and client presentations.
· Develop team members into independent revenue generators.
· Generate business from Retail, HNI, and UHNI clients.
· Conduct client meetings and investment discussions.
· Support Relationship Managers in high\-value opportunities.
· Participate in strategic client meetings and final negotiations.
· Support the team in closing critical business opportunities.
· Personally handle key prospects and high\-value accounts.
· Ensure timely follow\-up and closure of active opportunities.
· Drive conversion of leads into revenue\-generating clients.
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
