- Manage and support a team of around 15 Tele Sales Executives.
- Achieve team sales targets and business goals.
- Monitor team performance and maintain reports.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members.
- Handle customer queries and escalations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.
- Maintain sales quality and productivity.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in loan sales, banking, financial services, Home Loans, or Loan Against Property .
- Experience in team handling.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
