• *Job Responsibilities**

• Lead and manage an outbound sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality.
• Conduct coaching sessions, team briefings, and performance reviews.
• Prepare MIS reports including EOD, Target vs Achievement, Productivity, Attendance, RAG, and Escalation Reports.
• Handle team escalations and ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations.
• Drive team engagement, discipline, and KPI achievement.

• *Requirements**

• Minimum 1–3\+ years of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO Outbound Sales process.
• Must have an official Team Leader designation on company records.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting).
• Experience in MIS reporting and performance tracking.
