Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Team Lead – Content Moderation** to lead a team responsible for reviewing and moderating online content while ensuring quality, productivity, and adherence to client guidelines. The ideal candidate should have **Team Lead experience in Content Moderation on paper**, excellent people management skills, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Content Moderators to achieve business KPIs.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality metrics.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback discussions, and performance reviews.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain team reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Drive employee engagement and team development initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

• **Team Lead experience in Content Moderation is mandatory.**
• Strong experience in people management and team handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• **CEFR English proficiency: C1 level (Mandatory).**
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Candidate

• Minimum 2\+ years of Team Lead experience in Content Moderation on paper
• Experience managing performance metrics such as Quality, Productivity, and SLA adherence.
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹1,100,000\.00 per year
