We are urgently hiring experienced **US IT Recruiters** for our client.

• *Experience:** 3\+ Years (Mandatory)

• *Location:** Airoli, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)
• *Interview Mode:** Virtual

Job Responsibilities

• End\-to\-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow\-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified US IT professionals.

Required Skills

• Minimum **3\+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment**.
• Strong understanding of US IT technologies and recruitment processes.
• Experience working on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
• Hands\-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
