About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented **Team Leader – Real Estate Sales** to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals for our **Lucknow** branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring the team, handling key client interactions, and ensuring the achievement of business targets in the residential and commercial real estate segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Executives/Property Consultants.
  • Drive sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Allocate leads and ensure timely follow\-up to maximize conversions.
  • Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Assist the team in client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams to improve lead conversion.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Stay updated on the Lucknow real estate market, competitor activities, and new project launches.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven expertise in residential and commercial real estate sales.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Additional certifications in Sales or Real Estate will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 4–7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with at least 1–2 years in a Team Leader role.
  • Experience in handling residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Strong understanding of the Lucknow real estate market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high\-performing teams.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
