The Team Leader \- Sales is responsible for leading the sales team towards achieving organizational targets. This position serves as a bridge between the client and the design team to ensure technical requirements are met.**Functional Responsibilities:**
Invoicing for selling goods and managing sales transactions.
Proactively driving new customer development and lead generation activities.
Initiating and overseeing the tendering process for new projects and contracts.
Coordinating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
Liaising with the internal Design Team to align product specifications with client requirements.
Leading and mentoring the sales team to ensure consistent performance and discipline.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation in the MS Office/ERP environment.
