Team Leader / Store Operations Manager – Logistics

An exciting opportunity is available for experienced warehouse operations professionals to manage logistics and fulfillment activities across a fast\-paced distribution environment. The role requires strong leadership skills and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Handle warehouse operations and manpower.
• Manage inbound, outbound, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory records and stock accuracy.
• Drive productivity and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with operational SOPs.

Required Qualifications

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in Warehouse, E\-commerce, Supply Chain, or 3PL Operations.
• Experience leading warehouse teams.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹23,000\.00 \- ₹31,000\.00 per month
