Coordinate with Operations, Billing, Sales, and Accounts teams.
Monitor shipment status and customer communication.
Ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
Prepare reports and track team performance.
Train, guide, and motivate team members.
Requirements
**Mandatory experience in the Logistics industry.**
Prior experience handling a Customer Service team.
Knowledge of Air, Surface, and Rail logistics operations.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Smart, presentable, and proactive personality.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.
