About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Manager to lead and supervise a team while ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing teams effectively.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

Age above 35 years.
Fluency in **English, Hindi, and Tamil** (Read, Write, and Speak).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent email drafting and professional correspondence skills.
Proven experience in team management and leadership.
Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Roles \& Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage team members to achieve organizational goals.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
Conduct team meetings and ensure effective communication across departments.
Handle client communications through emails, calls, and meetings.
Prepare reports, presentations, and performance reviews.
Coordinate with management to implement business strategies.
Resolve employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Train and onboard new team members.
Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
