We are looking for a proactive, organized, and tech\-savvy professional who can support our coaching programs, client communication, online sessions, and daily business operations.
The Client Success \& Operations Executive will serve as the operational backbone of our coaching practice. This role combines client communication, program coordination, technology management, content support, and administrative responsibilities to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and participants.
1\. Client Communication \& Support
- Handle client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media.
- Send session links, reminders, follow\-ups, and onboarding information.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and rescheduling.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with clients.
2\. Program \& Webinar Management
- Schedule and manage Zoom meetings, webinars, and coaching sessions.
- Handle participant registrations and attendance.
- Provide technical support during online events.
- Manage recordings and session documentation.
3\. Content \& Presentation Support
- Create professional PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations.
- Assist in preparing workshop materials and participant resources.
- Organize digital content and learning materials.
4\. Video Recording \& Editing
- Record coaching sessions and webinars.
- Perform basic editing, trimming, captioning, and formatting.
- Organize and maintain video libraries.
5\. Administration \& Operations
- Maintain client databases and records.
- Update trackers, reports, and operational dashboards.
- Manage Google Drive folders and digital documentation.
- Ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations.
6\. Team Coordination
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and external vendors.
- Support campaign launches, promotions, and events.
- Track project timelines and deliverables.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Operations, Administration, Client Support, Virtual Assistant, or Program Coordination preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and technical skills may also apply.
