Tech Support : BE Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot problems, and ensure the smooth functioning of technical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve technical issues.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.
• Assist customers and internal teams with technical queries.
• Conduct technical inspections, testing, and maintenance as required.
• Maintain technical records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and company procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B.E.) in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support or a related engineering role.
• Knowledge of technical troubleshooting and problem\-solving procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Technical troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Basic computer skills and documentation knowledge.
• Team coordination and time management.
• Ability to work independently and handle technical challenges.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
