Working Days: Monday to Friday
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 technical support for Windows desktops and laptops
Configure and troubleshoot Outlook, Exchange, IMAP, and email\-related issues
Handle printer setup, troubleshooting, and user support
Deliver remote support to end users with effective problem\-solving
Assist users with patience, professionalism, and excellent communication
Maintain ticketing documentation and ensure timely issue resolution
Coordinate with internal technical teams for escalations and support
Desired Skills
Experience in Desktop Support / IT Technical Support
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office
Hands\-on exposure to email configuration and troubleshooting
Good understanding of networking and printer support
Excellent communication and customer\-handling skills
Strong analytical thinking and multitasking capability
