Technical Business Analyst (Business & Systems)

Role Overview

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will act as the key connection between business stakeholders and the engineering team. Your role will involve understanding evolving business needs, translating them into technically sound requirements, and helping engineering teams deliver scalable, efficient solutions.

You will work closely with leadership teams in the US and collaborate daily with engineers, product stakeholders, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business \& Technology Alignment

Understand business goals, priorities, and operational challenges

Analyze vague or changing requirements to identify core business problems

Translate business needs into structured, technically feasible requirements

System \& Workflow Analysis

Map workflows across CRM systems, middleware, and web applications

Identify downstream impacts of changes across integrations, users, and data flows

Highlight risks, dependencies, and technical trade\-offs

Delivery \& Execution Support

Break down requirements into actionable tasks for engineering teams

Define scope boundaries and minimize scope creep

Provide engineers with acceptance criteria, clarifications, and business context

Change \& Prioritization Management

Help stakeholders understand technical complexity and implementation effort

Support prioritization based on business impact vs development effort

Maintain balance between fast\-moving business needs and long\-term system stability

Required Skills \& Experience

4\+ years of experience as

Business Analyst

Systems Analyst

Product Analyst

Strong experience working with engineering teams on software products

Good understanding of

APIs

System workflows

Integrations

Data models

Ability to understand technical impact without being a developer

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable in fast\-paced, ambiguous environments

Knowledge of JavaScript and Middleware Integration concepts

Pay: ₹1,000,000\.00 \- ₹2,700,000\.00 per year
