Technical Lead

Improve AI\-led conversion accuracy and automation by tuning agents, workflows, prompts, recipes and reusable migration patterns for mobile application modernization.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• -----------------------

• Analyze discovery, conversion, test and parity outputs to identify failure modes and human\-intervention hotspots.
• Develop and tune Python\-based workflows, agentic flows, prompts, rules and recipes for Android/mobile conversion.
• Convert successful remediations into reusable blueprints, SDK mappings, code patterns and GenAI cookbooks.
• Benchmark automation, quality, cycle time and effort improvements across complexity tiers and customer waves.
• Partner with conversion engineers and QA to validate changes, prevent regressions and document HITL evidence.
• Feed production learnings into the platform backlog while protecting customer code and data boundaries.

• *Skill Requirements**
• ---------------------

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrable experience; relevant cloud, Agile, mobile, security or platform certifications are advantageous.
• Senior/lead profile: owns complex outcomes, mentors team members and influences architecture, quality and stakeholder decisions.
• Strong written and spoken English, collaborative delivery behavior and disciplined handling of customer code, credentials and data.
