Technical Lead

Professional Reimbursement Managers is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead for an AI-focused role in the healthcare BPO sector. This is not a position for those who have only dabbled in AI; we need an engineer who has shipped AI-powered products in production, having integrated LLMs, built RAG pipelines, and written clean full-stack code. You will lead a small, growing team of AI engineers and developers, directly owning the architecture, setting the quality standard, mentoring team members, and reporting to the Solution Architect and CTO. This is a deeply technical, hands-on role where you will write code daily, not just review it or sit in meetings. The ideal candidate has proven experience delivering complex AI-integrated systems and is ready to be directly accountable for technical outcomes.
