About the Role
Certuslab Material Sciences Pvt Ltd is establishing a state\-of\-the\-art material testing and analytical laboratory focused on testing, research, certification support, and NABL\-compliant operations.
We are looking for a technically strong and execution\-oriented professional who can actively support the erection, setup, technical coordination, and operational planning of the laboratory during its establishment phase. The candidate should have prior exposure to laboratory environments and should be capable of coordinating with technical consultants, equipment suppliers, and internal management teams.
Key Responsibilities – Laboratory Setup \& Execution
· Coordinate and support the erection and commissioning of laboratory infrastructure and testing equipment.
· Work closely with technical consultants, project stakeholders, and equipment vendors for smooth project execution.
· Participate in laboratory layout planning, utility planning, workflow optimization, and technical discussions.
· Assist in installation, calibration, validation, and commissioning of laboratory instruments.
Technical Coordination
· Act as the technical bridge between management, consultants, vendors, and operational teams.
· Follow up with equipment suppliers regarding specifications, timelines, documentation, installation, and training.
· Support preparation and review of technical BOQs, equipment comparisons, and procurement recommendations.
· Coordinate with external agencies for certifications, compliances, and approvals wherever required.
Laboratory Operations \& Systems
· Understand and support implementation of laboratory SOPs, workflows, testing protocols, and documentation systems.
· Assist in establishing quality systems aligned with NABL / ISO 17025 requirements.
· Support development of calibration schedules, equipment logs, preventive maintenance systems, and technical records.
· Participate in recruitment and training planning for future laboratory staff.
Documentation \& Reporting
· Maintain project execution trackers, technical reports, installation status reports, and vendor coordination records.
· Prepare technical summaries, presentations, MOMs, and progress reports for management review meetings.
· Coordinate with consultants for preparation of technical documentation related to laboratory accreditation and compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Good understanding of laboratory operations, testing environments, and analytical workflows.
· Familiarity with laboratory equipment installation, utilities, and technical coordination.
· Basic understanding of ISO 17025 / NABL systems will be preferred.
· Knowledge of material testing, chemical testing, polymer testing, or analytical laboratory operations will be an advantage.
· Ability to read technical specifications, layouts, and equipment documentation.
· Strong coordination and communication skills.
· Execution\-oriented and capable of handling multiple stakeholders.
· Good follow\-up and vendor management capabilities.
· Ability to work in a fast\-paced startup/project environment.
· Willingness to travel between project locations and vendor sites as required.

Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with experience and technical capability.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
