Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS) and large\-scale enterprise program delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex technology initiatives, managing global stakeholders, and driving successful execution across cross\-functional teams within Retail, E\-commerce, or Digital Commerce environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end\-to\-end delivery of large, complex technology programs from planning through execution and production rollout.
- Drive OMS implementation, upgrade, migration, or transformation programs across enterprise environments.
- Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and governance processes.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Business, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Coordinate multiple cross\-functional teams and vendors across global locations and time zones.
- Establish program governance frameworks, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and escalation management.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery strategies.
- Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills \& Experience
- 15\+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience as a Technical Program Manager.
- Strong experience delivering Order Management System (OMS) programs, including implementations, upgrades, or platform modernization initiatives.
- Deep understanding of enterprise applications, APIs, system integrations, cloud technologies, and modern architecture patterns.
- Experience managing large\-scale programs involving multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple geographies.
- Excellent program governance, planning, risk management, and delivery management capabilities.
- Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills.
