We are looking for a **Solar Project Coordinator** to support our solar project execution team from the office. The role will involve coordinating with customers, vendors, site teams, sales team, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely completion of rooftop solar projects.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Coordinate daily project activities between office, site engineers, installation teams, vendors, and customers.
• Maintain project trackers for material dispatch, installation status, subsidy documentation, net metering, and project completion.
• Follow up with customers for documents, approvals, payments, and project updates.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely material availability and dispatch.
• Update project status in software/Excel/CRM on a regular basis.
• Support documentation related to PM Surya Ghar Yojana, DISCOM, net metering, and subsidy process.
• Prepare basic reports for management on pending work, completed projects, and delays.
• Ensure proper communication between sales, technical, operations, and accounts teams.

• *Desired Candidate Profile:**

• Graduate in any stream; Engineering background will be an added advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in coordination, operations, backend, or project support.
• Good communication and follow\-up skills.
• Comfortable working on Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email, and basic software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Prior experience in solar, electrical, construction, or service industry will be preferred.

• *About the Role:**

This is mainly an **office\-based coordination role**, but the candidate should be comfortable interacting with field teams and customers to ensure timely project completion.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
