KBK Business Solutions is offering an exciting internship opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who are interested in building a career in US IT Recruitment and Human Resources. This internship will provide hands\-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and vendor management.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and vendor networks.
• Screen resumes based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.
• Learn the C2C, W2, and US staffing processes.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and documentation.
• Support the recruitment team in day\-to\-day hiring activities.
