We are hiring a Field Sales Executive / Engineer to drive business for:
- Process Equipment Refurbishment \& Fabrication (tanks, heat exchangers, columns, etc.)
- TorcUP (Hydraulic Torque Tools)
- Zinga (Cold Galvanizing / Anti\-Corrosion Solutions)
This is a field\-intensive, technical sales role requiring prior exposure to process equipment / industrial fabrication / maintenance environments.
- *2\. Key Responsibilities**
- *A. Field Sales \& Lead Generation**
- Visit industrial clients across Chennai and nearby belts
- Target:
o Maintenance Heads
o Plant Managers
o Purchase Teams
* Generate enquiries for
o Equipment refurbishment (repair, modification, retrofitting)
o New fabrication requirements
- *B. Process Equipment Business Development**
* Identify opportunities where clients are facing
o Corrosion
o Leakage
o Structural damage
o Performance issues
- Position repair vs replacement economics
- Coordinate site visits and initial technical assessment
- *C. Cross\-Selling (TorcUP \& Zinga)**
o Identify bolting applications in shutdowns and maintenance
o Push tool sales / rentals / demos
o Identify corrosion\-prone equipment and structures
o Promote as alternative to galvanizing / conventional coatings
o Coordinate trials and application support
- *D. Proposal \& Closure**
- Coordinate with internal teams (Design / Production / Estimation)
- Prepare and follow up on:
o Technical offers
o Commercial quotations
- Drive negotiations and order closure
- *E. Reporting \& Pipeline Management**
- Maintain lead tracker / CRM
- Daily reporting of:
o Client visits
o Enquiries generated
o Order status
- Weekly pipeline review with management
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- *Experience (Mandatory)**
- 2–6 years in process equipment / fabrication / industrial maintenance sales
- Exposure to:
o Tanks / heat exchangers / pressure vessels / piping
o OR EPC / plant maintenance environments
- Strong technical understanding of industrial equipment
- Ability to read basic drawings / understand client requirements
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong follow\-up and closure ability
- Aggressive in field sales
- Strong relationship\-building ability with plant\-level decision makers
- Ownership mindset for targets and conversions
- *6\. Compensation Structure**
- Fixed salary \+ performance incentives
- Incentives linked to:
o Orders booked
o Collections
o New client acquisition
o Product mix (TorcUP \& Zinga push)
- Reports to: Jt. CEO
- Field\-heavy role (70–80% time in market)
- Coordination with Badlapur factory for technical execution
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
