Job Description

  • *1\. Installation \& Commissioning**
  • Installation, testing, and commissioning of HDPE Pipes, sumps, loading Arms, Folding Stairs, Skids, Grounding Devices and Cleaning Devices.
  • Ensure proper calibration and operational readiness as per technical specifications.
  • Provide site acceptance support and ensure smooth handover to the client with their signature and their Company stamp
  • *2\. Technical Support \& Troubleshooting**
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or system\-related faults.
  • Provide on\-site and remote technical assistance to clients.
  • Attend breakdown calls and ensure minimal downtime as and when required by the Company.
  • *3\. Client Coordination \& Relationship Management**
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable technical solutions.
  • Deliver consistent, professional communication to drive customer satisfaction.
  • *4\. Reporting \& Documentation**
  • Complete inspection and site visit reports on\-site, ensuring proper authorization through signatures and stamps.
  • Maintain proper documentation of service activities, spare parts usage, and site visits.
  • *5\. Technical Training \& Demonstration**
  • Provide training to client personnel and their teams upon completion of internal certification.
  • Lead product demonstrations for customers and partner agencies using structured presentations.
  • Promote safe practices by educating clients on safety procedures and equipment handling.
  • *6\. Spare Parts \& Inventory Support**
  • Login into the GEM portal and download all the required tenders as per the company policies.
  • Identify spare parts requirements and raise requisitions of the clients.
  • Ensure proper usage and accounting of company materials/tools.
  • Coordinate with the procurement teams for timely availability/supply.
  • Procurement of the spare parts and monitoring of the stock at Godown.
  • *7\. Compliance \& Safety**
  • Follow company safety standards and client site safety norms.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Adhere to company policies, travel guidelines, and reporting structure.
  • *8\. Travel \& Field Assignments**
  • Travel PAN India or abroad as per business/company requirements.
  • Attend urgent service calls and project assignments as directed by Management.
  • *9\. Business Support \& Sales**
  • Identify potential business opportunities during site visits and propose sales solutions of all the products represented by the Company.
  • Pitch Sales with technical inputs and client discussions with their queries and resolution.
  • Support tender submissions with technical data and clarifications.
  • Attend Technical bids at customer place, ensure that our valuable technical inputs/specs are provided in the tender. Foster trust and maintain a positive rapport to facilitate timely meeting scheduling.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
