Job Description

  • We are looking for a dynamic, result\-oriented, and experienced Team Lead / Head – Technical Sales to drive business growth by promoting our Research \& Development (R\&D), IT Services, Software \& Hardware Development, Embedded Systems, IoT, Education Technology, Academic Project Development, and AI\-based solutions while generating leads and building strong client relationships.
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Generate and manage business leads through various online and offline channels.
  • Build, maintain, and follow up with prospective clients and lead databases.
  • Promote the company's Software, Hardware, Embedded Systems, IoT, AI, and Project Development services.
  • Convert inquiries into business opportunities and achieve sales targets.· Build strong client relationships and ensure effective communication.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
  • Lead and support telecalling and business development activities.
  • Monitor lead conversion, team performance, and contribute to revenue growth
  • *Requirements:**
  • 1–5\+ years of experience in Technical Sales, Project Sales, Academic Sales, Academic Counsellor, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Telecalling, Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, or Team Handling.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, business growth, and customer acquisition goals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate telecalling and sales teams to achieve performance targets.
  • Experience in client relationship management, lead conversion, and business development strategies.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and capable of working independently with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and performance tracking is an added advantage.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
