• During the 6\-month probation period, you will begin your career as a **Admin \& Telecaller** Based on your performance, commitment, technical aptitude, target achievements, lead generation performance, and overall contribution, you may be transferred to the **Software Developer** position upon successful completion of the probation period.
• While working as a Admin \& Telecaller, you will receive specialized training designed to help you build the technical skills required for a successful career in Software Development.
• The opportunity to move into a Software Developer role will be based on your overall performance, commitment, contribution, target achievements, lead generation results, and successful completion of the training program during your tenure as a Admin \& Telecaller.

• *Training \& Service Commitment**

• Candidates will undergo a 6\-month Training/Probation period.
• During the probation period, submission of original certificates is mandatory to participate in the hands\-on training program designed to facilitate a smooth transition into the Software Developer role.
• Submission of original 10th, 12th, Degree, and Provisional Certificates is mandatory from the date of joining until completion of the 11\-month service commitment period.
• Employees will be required to serve a minimum period of 11 months from the date of joining.
• Training reimbursement terms are applicable as per company policy.
