Lead and manage a team of field and workshop technicians, setting performance standards and accountability frameworks.
Develop and implement Total Quality Management (TQM) systems to continuously improve processes and reduce defects.
Champion Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs to maximise equipment availability and minimise downtime.
Oversee all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities across facilities and equipment.
Ensure rigorous inspection protocols are followed for all machinery, installations, and project deliverables.
Manage end\-to\-end installation of mechanical systems, ensuring safety compliance and quality benchmarks.
Act as an escalation point for customer service issues and ensure high satisfaction levels are maintained.
*Qualifications \& experience**
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in maintenance, technical operations, or engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
