Technical Specialist

• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a hands\-on Full Stack Lead Technical Specialist with 10\+ years of Java full stack development experience to lead the design and delivery of enterprise applications. The role combines Java 8/17, Spring Boot microservices, Hibernate, Spring Data JPA, and Angular (2\+) expertise with technical leadership, AI\-assisted development, and Agile delivery. Exposure to AngularJS migration projects, AWS services, and Redis caching is required; Scala, Play Framework, and Akka Actors experience is an additional advantage.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• -----------------------

• Lead end\-to\-end feature delivery, from technical design and estimation through development, testing, release, and support.
• Design and develop backend microservices using Java 8/17 and Spring Boot, with persistence implemented through Hibernate and Spring Data JPA.
• Build and maintain Angular (2\+) applications and contribute to migration of legacy AngularJS functionality.
• Provide technical guidance, mentor developers, and conduct design and code reviews to maintain secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
• Use GitHub Copilot or Claude for AI\-assisted development, validating generated code through reviews and testing.
• Support Jenkins CI/CD workflows and Git branching, pull\-request, and merge practices for consistent releases.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams on Agile planning, technical dependencies, defect resolution, and delivery commitments.
• Contribute to AWS\-based application delivery and Redis caching adoption, including troubleshooting and performance improvements.

• *Skill Requirements**

• **10\+ years** in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in **Java 8/17, Spring Boot Microservices, Hibernate, Spring Data JPA**.
• Hands\-on in **Angular (2\+)** and exposure to AngularJS migration projects.
• Experience with **GitHub Copilot or Claude** for AI\-assisted development.
• Good understanding of **CI/CD using Jenkins**, Git branching strategies, and agile delivery.
• Exposure to **AWS services** and **Redis caching**.
• Additional advantage if experienced in **Scala, Play Framework, and Akka Actors**.
