Technical Specialist-VDI

One of our known is looking for an experienced **Technical Specialist – VDI (L3\)** to join our IT Infrastructure Support team.

• *Job Details:**

• *Location:** Bangalore / Chennai / Mumbai (Remote – Work From Home)
• *Experience:** 8–10 Years
• *Salary:** ₹24–35 LPA
• *Employment Type:** Full\-Time
• *Shift:** 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (US Shift)

• *Key Skills Required:**

• 4\+ years of hands\-on experience in Omnissa Horizon / VMware Horizon / VMware View.
• Strong expertise in Enterprise VDI deployment, configuration and administration.
• Hands\-on experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE Access and Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM).
• Strong knowledge of VMware ESXi, vSphere and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with AWS, Azure and Hybrid Cloud environments.
• Expertise in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, DNS, Routing and Switching.
• Experience in preparing HLD, LLD and technical solution documents.
• Strong L3\-level troubleshooting, log analysis and root cause analysis skills.

• *Candidate Requirements:**

• Overall 8\+ years of IT Infrastructure experience.
• Minimum 4\+ years of Omnissa / VMware Horizon experience.
• Must currently be working at L3 support level.
• Hands\-on experience deploying Horizon infrastructure in large enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and customer interaction skills.
• Willingness to work in US/UK shifts and participate in rotational on\-call support.

• *Preferred Certifications:**

• VMware VCAP / VCIX – Desktop \& Mobility.
• Omnissa Horizon Certification.
• AWS Solutions Architect.
• Microsoft Azure Architect.
