Job Description
- **Customer Support:** Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- **Incident Management:** Respond promptly to service disruptions, ensuring minimal downtime and customer satisfaction.
- **SLA Adherence:** Maintain consistent support to clients, meeting or exceeding agreed\-upon service level agreements.
- **Tier 1 Support:** Handle L1 support tickets and phone calls, providing initial troubleshooting and guidance.
- **Remote Support:** Efficiently manage tickets and live chats, offering remote assistance to clients.
- *Desired Candidate Profile:**
- **Technical Proficiency:** Possess certifications or training in RedHat, MCSA, or related IT fields.
- **Communication Skills:** Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- **Client Focus:** Ability to interact professionally with clients, understanding and addressing their needs.
- **Problem\-Solving:** Possess strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills:** Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
