Job Description

  • **Customer Support:** Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • **Incident Management:** Respond promptly to service disruptions, ensuring minimal downtime and customer satisfaction.
  • **SLA Adherence:** Maintain consistent support to clients, meeting or exceeding agreed\-upon service level agreements.
  • **Tier 1 Support:** Handle L1 support tickets and phone calls, providing initial troubleshooting and guidance.
  • **Remote Support:** Efficiently manage tickets and live chats, offering remote assistance to clients.
  • *Desired Candidate Profile:**
  • **Technical Proficiency:** Possess certifications or training in RedHat, MCSA, or related IT fields.
  • **Communication Skills:** Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • **Client Focus:** Ability to interact professionally with clients, understanding and addressing their needs.
  • **Problem\-Solving:** Possess strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
  • **Interpersonal Skills:** Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
