**Responsibilities**
Respond to user queries and resolve technical issues via tickets, emails, and chats.
Monitor and update the Help \& Support section of the app.
Troubleshoot common app\-related problems and escalate complex issues.
Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolutions.
Maintain logs and reports to track recurring issues and improvements.
